2 SGX Listed ETFs and 1 Goldminer Stock for the Busy Investor!

Gold ETF:


With gold prices breaking out and surging to all-time-highs, investing in a Gold ETF offers a strategic avenue to capitalize on this uptrend. Notably, its price movements often exhibit an inverse correlation with the USD Index.


Listed on SGX, the GLD US$ (ticker O87) is priced in USD while the GLD SG$ (ticker GSD) is priced in SGD.



Singapore Reits ETF with 6% dividend yield:


As the FED considers rate cuts this year, REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts), having bond-like characteristics, are positioned for potential gains. Investing in a basket of top-tier Singapore listed REITs not only offers a sweet yield of 6%pa but also helps improve portfolio diversification by mitigating single stock/REIT exposure.
